No one is to be banned for "hacking" without video proof and my review of it. Unless if its obvious as day, IE Aimbot kills the whole team in like 10 seconds flat. Those who are TK'ing and breaking general rules are to be handled this way:
1st offense: Verbal Warning
2nd offense: Kick
3rd offense: 30 minute ban
4th: 1 day ban
