I encourage all of you to read the Action Reports that are in the Capt's Dest forum. Feel free to add any comments you have. Any suggestions, or areas where we need improvement. As one of your leaders, I want to listen to your advice, and build our strengths.
Look at my reports. Comment. Continue to work together. Support each other. Have each other's back. Play hard and have fun....when it's time to train...strap in, and work hard.
