New Topics that we need to input for better structure

We need topics for Resignation Format, Demerit format, recruits stating there bct days and rules they need to follow, LOA office, retire format, if my weapon training is approved ill need to send my format so that someone can make a topic, and we need a morale officer who can help solve the problems of the unit instead of having our counseling topic where people were just called annoying instead of taking it on a professional route.
